Warranty

 

Our products come with a 3 months warranty from purchase date unless stated otherwise. This Warranty applies to only physical goods purchased from Omni Telecom Ltd. This Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the Warranty Period. 

 

Taxes and Customs

 

Canada: Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Outside Canada: The buyer is responsible for the payment of duties and taxes.  We do not include such charges on the invoice.  The shipping provider will normally pay the custom and duty taxes to Customs on behalf of the recipient, and will often charge the recipient an advancement fee for providing this service.  In most cases the courier will not release the shipment to the recipient until their charges and any taxes due have been collected.

 

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item cannot be filled due to the item is not be held in the company's inventory but could still be available from vendors at the time you place your order, we will notify you the approximate delivery time. 

The prices do not include shipping cost. We arrange shipment to you upon a mutual agreement of a shipping charge quoted from a forwarder. Shipping costs are based on the weight or dimensions of your order and the delivery method. 

The buyer can use your own forwarder. We will assist the pick-up.

 

Payment

 

E-transfer and certified cheques are acceptable menthods of payment for transations in Canada. We use wire transfer for International transations.

Our terms are prepaid in full. In certain circumstance, if terms are neogiaciated, 50% prepaid will be accepted and the balance is due within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Confidentiality and Privacy Statement

 

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. 

Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we will assist with clients' requests for written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by our company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use any information collected from individual clients only on a need-to-know basis.
